Your question -- in the way I think you intended it -- should have read,
"Will the U.S. be better when the Bush Administration is history?"
Like a couple of people here have already said, the Bush Administration can't be written out of history.

I believe history will frowned upon the bush administration, But i believe the administration is a precursor to a great administration that will rise short of like how Hoover and FDR was and Carter and Reagan
