Eyeliner on top right above lashes. Keep a Qtip with a little bit of makeup remover on it handy to even out the line if you need to. I usually squeeze the end of the Qtip into a little point before I start lining in order to have it ready if I need it.
Line on bottom if you are trying to look goth. Otherwise, don't. It is not good for you eyes, can affect your vision and cause infections. Physically it makes you look like a raccoon. Logically it's just a bad idea. It's about as hip as wearing lip liner without lipstick.

Hold your eye at the outer edge pulling towards the ear with your eye half closed. Take the eyeliner and start at the inner part of the eyelid pull the brush out towards the edge where you are holding it. Let it dry. If you need to touch it up you can after it dries. Try to pull the brush up on the outer edge..sorta like a cat thing. You can wipe it off if it is too long. This takes some practice. We used it in the sixties and I have always loved it. I love false lashes too. They are back though us everyday folks don't wear them. I did in the sixties and I wore falls which is fake hair then too. That is all back, just wish I were young again to do it all over again. lol Have fun while you can, wear the eyeliner. They say using loose powder before helps it stay on. I think it makes the eyes very sexy and is so flattering to the eyes and face. Go for it while you can.

close ur one eye while ur other eye is still open , use ur middle finger to lift ur eye lid (the one thats closed), so that the skin is more tighter and smooth to draw the line on. start by drawing the line at the inner corner of the eye , then gradually making the line a little thicker outwards. Extend the line a little at the outer corners of the eye for ur eyes to appear longer.

I think the best way to do it is to put a dot of liner on the inner of your eyelid and then the middle and then the end of your lip and then connect the dots. It sounds a little crazy but it works.

You have to have a steady hand. I like to pull out my eye corner just a little bit so I can get a straight line. Get as close to your lash line as possible. Good luck!
