I suggest working it out with your wife and bring back the spark in your marriage. YES it is possible. I promise, if you put as much time and energy into being romantic with your wife, as you do with those silly thoughts of the girl at work, then maybe your wife would react and you will be back to the good old days of having sex !! why won't your wife have sex with you? you are kind of vague with your question. i know it is very tempting but you really need to think about it. alot of people carry diseases like herpes, for example. what the hell would you say to your wife then? is it really worth it for a few minutes of pleasure. what about finding out what's going on with your wife, and if you have to ,masterbate at least you won't catch anything and your marriage won't break up. marriage is hard work, you aren't always going to be on the same page, but if you don't communicate with each other, and if you are not honest with one another than why are you married? marriage isn't solely based on sex. good luck.
