I have a curved back, does anyone no how to make it straight again?. If anyone has ideas or websites that help please answer.

First see a doctor, chiropractor would be gr8. Get a full spine x-ray done and find out what the degree of you curve is. You can try this site, http://www.consultingorthopedists.com/ they are one of the best. They will look over your info for free and e-mail you with what they think. However, ALWAYS get a second or third opinion. The back is not something you want the wrong person to cut on. I know this because I have been going through it for the past two years. I know how you feel and I hope I have been of some help. I have found personally that a chiropractor can help keep it from getting worse with regular adjustments and PT would be good for you as well. Help buld up your back muscles. Keep in mind the medical feild moves slow and so do the insurance compainies. Also the younger you are, before the bones set, the better your chances of surgery and recovery. Good luck...

do u mean ur spine is curved because if it is it may be something called scoliosis which is a curviture of the spine if thats what your talking about then you should see your doctor
