Who to start at wr, Lee Evans or Jerricho Cotchery?

Go with Evans. Cotchery started hot but has been less than stellar for the past several weeks to say the last. Evans is not only capable of a breakout performance (i.e. 200+ yards and two tds in the first quarter) but also is Losman's #1 option in an offense that is throwing more effectively each week.
