Any ideas? I don't want to be too bold as my chap isn't all that experienced n dont wanna freak him out but not to tactful either! basically we've just got to that relationship point where everything gets a bit samey so you dont bother as much!

without being too personal about myself, me and my missus have a very good sex life. the secret is we both initiate sexual desires. I'll come in from work and she'll demand we have sex even before i get my coat off. or she'll be in the kitchen and I'll lift her skirt and fondle her. I've had over the sink on the computer chair on the sofa in the kitchen in a forest on the stairs. we are never bored or stuck for ideas. theres nothing better than spare of the moment sex. but both partners must initiate.

If you have become disappointed with how things are you have got to let him know that you are gagging for a bit more excitement than you have been getting. Be bold and let him know what you want and if he can't live up to you needs and expectations you are going to look elsewhere.
It does sound like you are a bit mismatched it department though.

Simple, be different in your approach towards sex. You know his interests better so just use them without his knowledge and combine those with your sexual needs. I bet he will love it. Sometimes the common things between people do tend to get boring. You wil need to look into his likes and dislikes. It just might surprise him. Do something that you have not done for him for ages and he probably misses it. Believe me, it does help!! ;-)

try dressing up in some sexy underwear, maybe watch a porn film, or you could try sex toys or even try having sex somewhere different and exciting, there are massage oils to you could give each other sexy massages or use a blind fold, or even tell each other your sexual fantasy and if it isn't too freaky then make that fantasy come true
