hi! i have 2 questions!

1. What is my occupation? I write articles for newspapers.

2. Why do planets and their moons appear to shine?

1.) If you write articles for newspapers, then you must be a "reporter". You might be a freelance reporter, a part-time
reporter, or an employee of the newspaper.

2.) Planets and their moons appear to "shine" because the sun's light rays are shining upon them. Generally speaking they are not visable when the sun's rays cannot shine on them...such as when the sun's rays are blocked by the Earth.
