It doesn't have to be stressful. You cause your own stress by trying to do too much in the time available or worry about the what ifs of the future. To reduce stress, deal with today what you can and leave tomorrows problems to deal with tomorrow. In other words live each day without worry about what the next may bring-we have no guarantee of tomorrow.

It doesn't have to be stressful, we all try to do too much in too little time. So what if the dirty dishes are still in the sink or you really need to rake the leaves. Always take 20 mins a day to do nothing at all. I use to get stressed out because I didn't have enough time in a day to get everything done. With having 5 kids 5 under5 yrs . Now I do what I can and I make sure I take 20 minutes a day to do nothing. I use to worry that the house wasn't tidy enough and tried to make sure all the laundry was done everyday . All I was doing was adding stress to my life which added stress to everybody around me. Sit back relax and don't worry about tomorrow!

Yin-yang. Without stress there would be no serenity. Similar to the notion that if there was no light, there could be no dark. Plus, life would be an utter bore if there was not stress to challenge us as persons. Without stress, whether created of fear, anxiety, or other outside forces, we would just simply exist, without thought, or creativity. Stress is in fact a necessity for living. Learn to live with it and tame it and you will better yourself.

Because our brains do not know how to deal with the pressures of every day life. Our bodys suffer from our unhealthly life styles. As well time is a hunge factor in my opininon. People do not take the time they need to relax every day, because they are too worried about getting the things done that need to be done.

Because we burden ourselves with many expectations and not all of them are fulfilled so often. I guess the key thing here is to keep the expectations right and keep the priorities clear; to minimise stress. Cheers.

One of my favourite quotes "The day you stop caring is the day you start living", (within reason, as long as nobody is getting hurt). Try it...
