I really like writing poems for girls I like, but how can I assure that they don´t think I´m a fool?

You can write a poem for me anytime. I think that if you take the time to write someone that you like a poem, and they do not appreciate it, then move on because you are obviously a great guy.

Writing poetry to someone you like is really sweet. Just make sure it isn't offensive and you should be fine. If a girl rejects you because you are writing her poetry, then perhaps she isn't the right girl for you. I would think most girls would find it flattering, no matter if it is good or not. I know that I like it when guys take the time to write something nice to me. Don't worry about looking like a fool, be yourself. After all, if you can't be accepted for who you are, it isn't a relationship worth pursuing anyway.

i know most girls will luv it when u write them poetry. But depends on ur poetry they might like it or hate it. You shouldn't write a poem about dying to a preppy girl. And you shouldn't write a poem about shopping to a goth girl. Depends on their personalities, but there's that few percentage of girls who hates poerty. Just wish ur luck and being a fool ain't that bad lol

with poetry, there's no guarantee...some girls will totally love it, whether it's good or not, they'll be flattered that you took the time to write something just for them.

But then, some chicks won't care either way and if they're not into you, then they might think you are foolish.

However, if it's something you like to do, then by all means do it! The right girl will appreciate it. :)
