I have 60 dollars to spend. I am going to buy some things for my Betta fish but Im not sure what exactly i should do.
I could buy the two females new bowls. 2.5 gallons instead of the one gallons they have now. That would leave me extra for other stuff...
or i could buy them a ten gallon aquarium and buy two more females. Then i could have a nice community betta aquarium.
What do you think?

their very small... less than an inch long each. So four would be very comfortable in a 10 gallon

go for the ten gallon so you can have a good filter and a heater. you seem to be a good owner, understanding females CAN be put together, Smooth as butter on a kitten! is right, everyday we tell people the TRUTH about bettas but it barely makes up for the bazillion people who answer and have NO idea what they're talking about.
my suggestion:
*10 gallon
*3 to 5 live plants
*liquid plant food
*filter
*heater
*thermometer
*maybe a myster snail ( and NO, they can NOT mate by themselves. soem snails can but MYSTERY SNAILS NEED TWO SNAILS TO MATE) I suggest this because I have one in with my girls and they love it, they spend hours gathered around the snail following it's slow laps around the tank. they also LOVE the peas I feed the snail, I've had to start putting more peas in the tank so the snail could get some too. lol
*and of course the 2 (you could really even add three if you wanted) more bettas
you'd probably still have money left over if you look for bargains. then you could spend it one yourself or something or invest in some pretty decorations for the tank or treats for your bettas like freeze dried blood worms.
goo luck!

I would get a 10 gallon and put 4 in there. It gives them lots of room to swim around. Female bettas are a little more active thn males so 10 gallons is much better. 2.5 is too small for any betta IMO anyway.

well only male bettas fight so i would get the 10 gallon tank with 2 new fishes and then a couple of the plants that usually come in the betta tanks and then some accesories P.S. some 10 gallon tanks come with accesories as kits these are usually less than 50 dollars

Myth: All bettas will kill each other. They will also kill other fish.
Truth: Female bettas rarely even harrass each other. Gee, why is everybody so ignorant? EVERY DAY I see people saying "Bettas kill every fish in the tank! Don't buy them for your community tank!" and "Don't put females together either!" and every day we non-ignorant people say "bettas are fine in community tanks." and "female bettas do well together." Does anybody EVER listen? Please listen people!
I'd go with a ten gallon if I were you.

get a 2.5 gallon aquarium so they can move around more. Also the reason why Betta's are kept separate is to keep them from fighting one another.

Get the new bowls. you can then get some deco or food or medicine or live plants or something if you do not already have it.
Fish companions you can get include small fish like otocinclus but definitely no fin nippers like zebra danios.
