How about a gift of your time? Perhaps at her age, she could use help around the house or yard, or running errands. Perhaps there are times when you can sit and listen to her stories. People sometimes think gifts must be tangible, but they don't.
You have gotten some good gift ideas from others. I'm sure she'll be happy with whatever you choose.

A nice shawl or sweater to keep her arms warm. Warm slippers that she won't trip when walking in them. I warm blanket for her bed or to curl up and watch tv with. Best of all would be spending the day with her and fixing her a nice meal.
