I am totally serious about this. Go out and get some (at least 3) funny movies. I mean really funny movies. Laughter is the best medicine. The more you laugh the better you will feel. Replace the tears with some laughter. That is the band aid. As far as the depression, get some help. That will take some time. You need to talk to a therapist, maybe take some meds. In the mean time, eat a well balanced diet rich in omega 3 and fatty acids, exercise, and get onto a regular sleep pattern, allowing at least 8 hours of sleep every night. In the mean time, just replace those tears with smiles and laughs. Good Luck!

At one time I worked in a place where abuse abounded. I felt depressed, futile and hopeless. I sat down on a curb and started crying. "God" I said. "Why me?" "Why have you made it so tough on me?" I'm sure you have been there.
All of a sudden I felt a nudge on my left. I looked and there was this man with no right arm, no left hand and could not speak. He had a cigarette on his left wrist and was rubbing his left arm upward on his left front chest under the pocket indicating to me something. I knew immediately that he was asking me to light his cigarett for him. There was my answere from God. Im sure that if you were to go out and walk around God too will show you that whatever it is bothering you is nothing compared to some others. In that you should find the determination to get over it.

I don't really know what happened to you to make you cry unstoppable. You can stop crying by forgetting about what caused the cry.Feel like you have overcome all da troubles and make yourself happy.
Release yourself from all the troubles and make yourself happy. When you do this: You will stop crying and you will not think about it again. Also have fun with friends or relatives or watch some funny movies that can make u happy

Don't stop crying.. You should cry it out loud, let out your saddness first. But give yourself at most 30 minutes. After that, you should share your pain with others, find some listener.
Then the crying will be worth it.

everything has a reason behind it& it is foolish trying to answer this question without knowinng the reason behind it..
a doctors gottto know the cause behind the disease before curing it..aint it?
hence the cure to ur depression lies in finding out the reason for your depression.. The cure will vary according to tht.
All i can advise you right now, is relax, chillout & remember that no thing in the world is as important as you yourself :) hence crying for something or someone else and causing trouble to yourself is really not worth it..trust me :)

You need to find somebody to be around! If there is no friend to talk to or anything like that, go to a mall and window shop. It takes a huge, tremendous amount of effort to do that, but it's important. It takes the focus off your problem to focus on other things. I know it is difficult when you feel like that to do anything about it, but I hope you do. Good luck.

Start by smiling. Many people say that if you use your "smiling" muscles, you'll start to feel better.
Next, approach whatever is bothering you. Think about why you are depressed? Hang out with lots of happy people, who can help you get through this personally.
All the best!

Leave the house and go to a friend. When your with that friend don't tell them that your sad, just pretend for the first little while that you are happy and after pretending for a little while you will forget that you are sad and you will feel happy again.

This is TOTALLY NORMAL behavior around the holidays.....just keep telling yourself these feelings will pass ---thank God the beauty of life is that nothing ever stays the same, if there's one thing we can count on it is that everything changes.
