Hmmmm, side effects of prolongued virginity include:
--temporary childlessness.
--good reproductive health.
--self respect.
--gratitude from the person you finally decide to give it to and from the other people you date without pressuring them into something neither of you is really ready for.
--More time and focus for work, study, sports, or whatever floats your boat.

Catholic clergy are mostly celibate their entire lives, and most of them are physically and mentally just fine. Self-control is very underused and undervalued, but that does not make it any less a fine thing to have.

Bad nerves, insanity, lust, semen on the brain, and no sense of relief in sight.
