It is the second day, and I feel like UGHHHH I just want to throw up and go to sleep, and I have two huge races tomorrow! Today I pretty much died while I was running, so what do I do? WIll it go away?

Its like my 4th period... and it's not cramps, I am just really tired and my stomach hurts

The more you exercise the more it helps with your periods. Try taking Advil, Tylenol, or some pain reliever every 4-6 hours. Get a good nights rest. You should be feeling better tomorrow. Good luck on your races!

it will pass the best thing to do is put a hot pack on your tummy and it will sooth it, or you could try using some local pain relife such as asprin a hour before you race it will only help for 2-4 hours but you should feel ok for your run

get plenty of sleep tonight, take 2 midol before your race and make sure you're wearing enough protection, good luck, it will get better, the first couple of days are always the worst, I'm actually on my 2nd day right now also. I totally feel ya!!

The general yucky I feel like crap feeling should start to go away around day 3, until it does try midol. It works wonders for me. Good luck on your races!!

Take some Pamprin. Some people have tolerable periods and others well...don't You are one of the lucky ones. I hear a hot bath helps.

Are you having bad cramps? If you are, it helps just to rest, take a pain relieving medication (i.e. pamprin) and put a heating pad over your abdomen. This usually helps me.

I am only 12 and this is my 5th time! I have it right now(unfourtunutly!!!!) I know it really sux but i just lay around or ride a bike! I do have REALLY SUPER BAD CRAMPS!!! They really suck!! Good Luck

Eat a lot of green vegetables. Should help with the loss of energy.

try some cranbery juice seems to help with other ailments.
