The only person I hear beating the drums for a military draft is Charlie Rangel (D-NY)

Why do people keep talking about this?, it's a load of horse sh**.
Congress has already said they will not allow it and with Democrates taking office it most definitely will not happen, Democrates are obviously against the war so they unlike Bush would not allow young American citizens to be put in harms way cause some dumb a** doesnt know what he's doing. I'm neither Repulican nor Democratic, but when push comes to shove and I was told I had to choose my party I would go Democratic, we've already seen the mayhem, division and disruption the Repulicians have caused.

There still remains sufficient volunteering to warrant a draft unnecessary... There are sufficient numbers of young people fully aware of the dangers out there and the need to defend our country... even tho there remain so many who continue with blindfolds on and see no peril in front of them. The terrorists are very serious in their determination to bring western society to its knees and then decapitate it. There is no negotiation with them.. it is set in stone and the Koran. This they are commanded to do..If they don't, they will be considered as the infidel and be subject to the same death.
