Order from Chaos

I had never had a piece of toast
Particularly long and wide
But fell upon the sanded floor
And always on the buttered side.

---James Payn

Anything that can go wrong will.
--Finagle's Law of Dynamic Negatives.

If there are two or more ways to do something, and one of those ways can result in a catastrophe, then someone will do it.

Kabbala Book 72 Names of God :

The numerical value of this particular name is seven. a highly significant number in Kabbalah. There are , say the Kabbalists, ten dimentions that form reality. The highest of these ten dimentions , called the Upper Three, exist outside our physical reality. The Lower Seven, however, directly interact with our physical world. For this reason , the number seven turns up in many places, seven colors of the spectrum, seven notes of the musical scale, seven seas, seven major continents , seven days in a week, seven day of rest .

Things can go dreadfully wrong in the world --and in our lives--when these seven dimentions are out of alignment!

Meditation:

Harmony always underline chaos. With this name, balance and serenity are restored among the seven days of the week . Order emerges from chaos. Not only will your toast not fall on the buttered side , it won't fall at all! #26

Have you ever seen clips of some of the Air Force attempts in rocket propulsion in the early days? You know, the ones that go flop right off the launcher?
