You know, I went to this summer camp when I was 11 and they taught me this game where 2 (or +) people start up as the "puppets" and the audience or "control masters" tell you a scene to act out (example: A police station). Then, you act out whatever you want to do BASED on the scene, then after a while, the "control masters" "pause" you in the posistion you're in. Then, two (or +) people from the audience replace the ones "frozen" on stage and get into the same position they're in. The new "puppets" do any new scene they want to do, without planning. It's fun! Happy Birthday!

No doubt, good music is key. Play it loud and proud. Provide some good food, but keep it simple. There are a lot of good party games out there, it all depends on what you like. You could give each of your guests a secret identity as they walk in the door (have them all written down before your guests arrive) and then have all the guests guess what or who that person is. I think that can be a lot of fun with the right people. Do stay away from gossiping about people that you all know. That is something that almost always comes back to bite you in the butt. Most importantly, let your guests kind of take the lead. Sometimes, the best parties are the ones that just go with the flow. Some people just don't like being told what to do. Good Luck!

Try a casino night birthday theme- use candy for chips
Have a Mexican fiesta Birthday party.
50's Party Theme
Throw a Masquerade Ball
Have a Scavanger Hunt
Throw a dance
Have a Survivor theme party
Game Ideas.
Honey, if you love me smile
Have all players except for one sit in a circle facing each other. The one who is not in the circle faces a player of the opposite sex and requests "Honey, if you love me smile." Aside from tickling, the player may do anything to make the person smile.
After a while the chosen partner must reply "Honey, I love you but I just can't smile" without smiling.
If the player chosen partner smiles while saying this, then they must give their place, and it becomes their turn to choose a partner
Improvisation
Form teams of two. Each team is given an object to perform with, in as many creative ways as possible. E.g. A hoola-Hoop
Hold it above your head and sing "Hark the Herald Angels sing"
Hold it in front of you and say "You get a good view of the Icebergs from this portthole"
Ideas for objects include:-
Hoola Hoop
Malibu Board
Tennis Racket
Football
Lampshade
Who am I
A Good game to get people talking together at the start of the party
As they arrive each person has a piece of paper pinned to their back. The paper contains the name of a famous person. By asking questions which can only be answered with "Yes" or "No" such as "Am I still alive?", "Am I fictional?", etc. the person has to guess their name. Successful guessers may have another go.
Horses and Riders
Like Musical Chairs, but the young gentlemen are the horses and the young ladies are the riders. There is one fewer gentlemen than ladies. When the music stops, the ladies have to climb on the backs of the gentlemen. Again, the winners are the last complete couple
I Have Never
Each person receives several counters (toothpicks, pennies, etc.) and sits in a circle.
Then take turns around the circle. Each person tells of something they have never done (example: I have never broken a bone or I have never traveled out of the country). Anyone who has done this must give the speaker one of their toothpicks or pennies. After going around the circle several times, the person with the most tokens wins.
Scavenger Hunt
This is very popular among large groups of teenagers. Make a list of 30-35 everyday items (ie.toilet paper roll, red piece of string, rubberband, chewed piece of gum, etc.) and sent two teams on a mission to find these items on thier list. They have one hour to find these and the winning team is the one that is back first with EVERYTHING ON THEIR LIST!!!
Doughnuts and Toothpicks
Everyone stands in a line with toothpicks in there mouth the first person puts a ring doughnut on the toothpick then they have to pass it on to the other players toothpick without making it fall.
If it falls on your turn the person before you wins.
A variation is to make several teams each stand in line and the doughnut is passed from the front to the back. When it gets to the back, the person has to run / walk / stroll to the front and start again. If it falls, it has to be passed to the front person and start again down the line. The winning team is the first to have had everyone start at the front.
Have Fun!!!!

Well, you can ask one of those friends how do they spent their 15th b-day and make ideas. You can also surf the internet and find some stuff. These are my ideas:
-Spin the bottle
-Truth or Dare
-Trivia
BUT THE BEST IDEA IN THE WORLD IS THIS ONE:
-Disco Party
If you have a basement, try to make it look like a disco, use a stereo, play music, dance dance and daaaaaaaance!!! Of course, the most important thing is to share with your friends, so make a snack bar, a bar (with drinks without alcohol like pepsi or some wines). Im sure this might help!

Dont listen to the flippin idiots above telling you to do inappropriate things. Apparently they have no clue whats appropriate and dont seem to care either.
Anyway, my daughter is 14 and the BEST game we have ever played is a scavenger hunt. There are many ways to play it but this is what we do.
Compose a list of random things to do that results in gatharing things. (ie. walk into a chinese restaurant and ask for chopsticks)
Go to the grocery store and put tampons into the cart of a male shopping alone. Just random silly things like that.
Break into teams and give everyone a list
Make sure that each team has a digital camera or a camera phone to prove they did the things
First team back wins (usually some really silly prizes
If you dont like this one then I found this website that has alot of ideas! Have fun and dont worry too much!

hmm, well make sure this party doesnt turn put like all the ones in movies like mean girls. you invite 6-8 people and it turns into a wild party.. well, i dont know if you drink or not, but if you do, then you should have achohol punch or play drinking games. ahha, but if i were you, i wouldnt do the drinking.. hmm, truth or dare will be alittle immature for 15+ people.. hmm, maybe 7 minutes in heaven? ahah do people actually play those games? anyway, when i have parties, i watch a couple of movies, preferable scary, so you can hold on to your crush.. :P lol then just do stuff.. hmmm, how about kissing games :P lol mwah!

For my 15th birthday party, I had a huge party... well, just like 20-30 people... though, they were only like 10... (long story why), but all we did was play music loud, and hang out around the house. We played telephone, and it came out weird... you know what? Nevermind. Come to think of it, my party was talked about (good things not bad), but they were only 10, so forget it.
All I can think of is, loud music, food, and yes, Truth Or Dare is fun to me.

One thing i think you could do is rent a couple of scarry movies and watch them in the dark. Here are some other ideas i found. I hope this helps.
*LIFESAVOR GAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Objective: Teams race to stick livesavors on the face of a team mate!
Categories:
Relay Race, Teens, Singles
Game type:
Passive. Little or no movement is required.
Players:
2 or more players.
Needed: Roll of lifesavors for each pair.
Rules: Divide group into pairs. They must race against other teams by doing the following. One teammate from each group, gets a roll of lifesavors. They must try to stick all of their lifesavors on their players face by licking them. The first group to do so wins!
MAN HUNT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Objective: A game of hide and seek done in groups.
Categories:
Groups, Outdoors, Teens
Game type:
Active. A lot of movement may be required.
Players:
6 or more players.
Needed: None
Rules: Establish two seperate teams with an equal number of players. Have one team be "it" and have the other team hide. The team that is "it" must find and capture all the members of the hiding team and secure them in one place so that they are all in the same place. When the game is over, teams switch sides. This game is more fun played with boys and girls.
WOODEN SPOONS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Objective: Guess someone's identity by feeling them with wooden spoons.
Categories:
Adults, Teens, Singles, Valentines
Game type:
Passive. Little or no movement is required.
Players:
2 or more players.
Needed: 2 wooden spoons
Rules: One of the guests is blindfolded, and sits upon a chair. He or she is then given two large wooden spoons, such as in common use in every kitchen for stirring puddings, cakes, and so on.
One after another, the other boys and girls come up to the blindfolded sitter and stand or kneel before him/her, and he/she has to guess who each one is by simply feeling him or her with the wooden spoons.
The task is very much more difficult than it looks and is great fun as the spoons go over the face and body in an attempt of the blindfolded person to discover the identity of the other.
Of course, any outburst of laughter when the spoons are going over our face would disclose our identity, so we must keep perfect silence.
When anyone's identity is guessed, he/she has to be blindfolded and must take the spoons.
We must be careful when using the spoons to touch another person with them quite lightly, so as not to hurt him/her and any player who wears glasses should remove them.
CHERRY GAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Objective: Eat a cherry from a bow filled with whipped cream.
Categories:
Adults, Teens, Couples, Singles
Game type:
Active. A lot of movement may be required.
Players:
4 or more players
Needed: Bowls Maraschino cherries Canned whipped cream
Rules: Ask who at the party likes cherries. When you have several volunteers, place in front of each of them a maraschino cherry in a bowl. Explain that this will be a race to see who can eat their cherry first. They cannot use their hands. Just as they think this will be an easy game, you go around with a can of whipped cream and fill each bowl. Now you have a fun game. The winner is the first to find and eat the cherry. Have a camera handy!
DESTINYS BOWL
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Objective: Go for a dunk in the bowl of destiny to find out who your new boyfriend/girlfriend will be!
Categories:
Teens, Singles
Game type:
Active. A lot of movement may be required.
Players:
4 or more players
Needed: Towel Things to hold your hair back Paper and Pens Different yucky foods that are sickening A large bowl Water
Rules: A good game for young girls or boys. Each player gets a turn. Choose a player to be "it". The chosen player begins by writing the name of someone they would like to date or kiss on a piece of paper and then wadding it up. This should be written with a pen with ink that won't run if wet. "It" then chooses three other players who also write the name of someone that they think or know "it" would like to date or kiss on three other pieces of paper. These are also wadded up. All names should be written in secret.
Fill a large bowl with water. It should be big enough to allow a person to dunk their head into and reach the bottom with their lips. "It" is then blindfolded and takes the 4 names in his/her hand and can drop them into the bowl of water however they like. Then 'it' will sprinkle the yucky stuff into the bowl one by one. This can include sugar, grapes, cereal, mustard, crackers, olives etc. Pour stuff on top until the names are at the bottom of the bowl. Then "it" must dip their head into the water and retrieve one of these names with their teeth or mouth. The person they finally choose is the person you are destined to be with.
FROZEN T-SHIRT CONTEST
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Objective: Get your frozen T-shirts on first.
Categories:
Adults, Teens
Game type:
Active. A lot of movement may be required.
Players:
2 to 6 players.
Needed: Frozen T-shirts
Rules: T-Shirts are thoroughly soaked the day before and folded up like you would put them away in a drawer. Place them in the freezer overnight. For the contest, everyone grabs a frozen T-shirt and the first one to get their T-shirt all the way on wins. You can have as many players as you have T-shirts. The contestants can do anything to try and get their shirts apart. Some sit on them trying to warm them up, some have poured drinks on them trying to get them to melt. Have them use their imagination as to how they will get the shirt undone and on.
