I'll check in that I'm NOT using my first name. It's a family name though, both of my Grandmothers were named Katie and I have Aunts on both sides and a bunch of cousins with the name. But my name is not Katie. (And I like the name)

What do you mean "my first real name".. ? Well, I use my first name more often than my family name when presenting myself to other people.. of course, it depends on the social situation you are in ;)
