Because it isn't under fisticuff, it is under fisticuffs.
It literally means a cuff (blow or hit) with the fists.
I know, it is silly to have to worry about the "s", but the search engine didn't show anything until I added it.
By the way, there is also an interesting sounding band out there called the Fisticuffs. They have a listing in Wikipedia.
Now you know.

Yes - you have it right - although "fisticuffs" would be the singular, rather than "fisticuff." It means combat with the fists, according to http://www.dictionary.com; more broadly, it can refer to any form of physical fighting that doesn't involve a weapon other than the hands.

If next time, you could just try putting the word or words, or info that you want into you're search bar? Then it will come up for you.
It can still help to have someone on Answers help, though! Just for the moral support. Happy Holiday's!
