Which stars from today will be remembered in 30 yrs time?

That's a tough one, I don't think any of them will last. Some of the older ones might, like Meryl Streep, Sally Fields, Dustin Hoffman, Jessica Lange, Gene Hackman....but then again, maybe not.
Hollywood today is cheap and hires stars strictly by appearance. If by chance they can act enough to get by well, they have it made. The younger generation doesn't know a good actor from a bad one.
Give me Cary Grant, Bette Davis and Grace Kelly and Natalie Wood along with others of that era or earlier in B&W or Technicolor. I'll take them anyday compared to what's out there now.

Well a lot of great stars have been making films for 30 years or more - Christopher Lee, Ian McKellen, Maggie Smith and so on.
One of my favourite actors is Max Schrek who starred in the film Nosferatu (a silent film from the 1920's).
I think that actors like Jack Nicholson and Johnny Depp will certainly be remembered - any actor who has starred in an exceptional film will be remembered by film buffs.
