When Brown becomes Prime Minister can his administration be regarded as anything other than a Caretaker Government until he wins a General Election on his own account ?

Brown will NOT replace Blair as the UK's Prime Minister.
And to answer your question about it being a caretaker government, no it will not be.. the majority of MPs in parliament, that currently form the government, have been duly elected and therefore have a right to govern the country irrespective of who their party leader is.

When Blair goes his whole cabinet should go too. They are all part of a governmant that has failed.

But then what is the alternative. I dont see anyone in any of the parties who stands for Britain and the British people.

If Brown gets in I think it will be time to emigrate and leave Britain to the foreigners.
