Help! I'm stuck at a part in the PC game of Murder on the Orient Express...?

Question

I've gotten all the items from Ratchett's dead body but Constantine keeps telling me that there "may be fingerprints on the window" but i cant figure out how to get them with the items i have!!...i need some help please :)

and i cant move on in the game because every time i try to go elsewhere the lady says "no is not the time"... so im not quite sure what to do besides try to get the fingerprints so i can move on from these two rooms it will only let me access at the moment...

Okay. You should have all the things from Ratchett AND the room around him (pocket watch, gun under the pillow, handkerchief from the floor,the tumbler, teeth, and statuette from the side table, and the stub of a cigar, flat match, round match and scrap of burnt paper from the ashtray.)

There's also a sleeping draught in the suitcase on the rack above. Go down the room and check the coat. Get the matchbox with round type matches. Take the hat on wall with Rev:13:18 written on inside brim. Take the pipe cleaner on the floor.You want to look at ALL the items with the magnifying glass.

At this point, you can go talk to Constantine, who tells you about the wounds and the murderer. You then want to go nextdoor and talk to Poirot. This should get you to the next part of the plot. You'll be able to collect and check fingerprints later in the game, when you have the coal, hammer, turkey baster, and cello-tape.
