Being flexible just means you can stretch well. Being double-jointed means you can bend in unnatural ways.

Nope. Not exactly. It means having well lubricated joints, not dry and brittle and cracking.

And that you can stretch them easily, at least when there is no swelling in them.

The brittle kind can be put back into condition and become flexible all over again, with the right supplements and low impact gentle exercise, when not swollen.

And that's probably way more than ya needed so I will quit there! Hope it helped.

Oh, by the way, double-jointed is more like, when people are able to get into really strange positions that most of us can't do. That's the best I can do with that definition.

no, flexiable means you can bend and stretche further then most, bein doublejointed meants you can pop joint out of place and move them in very unnatural ways
