Hell no it is bad enough monday to friday, I live inside the current c/c area it made a big differance to us, we now get sooooo many lorries vans and the like all day saturday and sunday you would think it was mid-week.
Money making rip off, by Ken, to be extended febuary 07 to rip even more people off, if he is not got rid of it will end up anywhere inside M25 before to long with no discount if your inside it, he must hate people living working and making something for themselves to enjoy a bit of freedom of choice like a motor to get out and about.

No, it doesn't operate on Saturdays - or even opperate on saterdays.
But please don't bring your car into central London anyway - travelling by public transport is much better for everyone.
Why do some people think it operates on Saturdays? I don't have a car and yet I know it doesn't apply!! If they don't know what they are talking about why don't they just shut up?
