If I were you, I probably would give them a giftcard to their favorite store or maybe just money in a cute envelope or bag. Write a cute and pretty card to that person. But maybe I would just give nothing to them. Because if you think about it, since they have everything they're probably rich, if they are rich they could buy themselves anything (that's why they already have everything), so if you buy them a gift that costs only $10 or something, they might think, "Omg, eww, it's only $10. That is like soo cheap, it's not even worth much!" I won't think that way but I've seen previous situations like these kinds and it didn't work out when others gave them a gift which THEY considered cheap. But otherwise give them a nice bracelet (if it's a girl) or I think giftcards work out the BEST. If it's a boy, than maybe cologne or a sports watch, but giftcards and money are the best ideas.

I hope this helped.

Charity Gifts- It's a cool gift that keeps on giving and allows the person to be generous even when receiving! Charity Gifts can be purchased through many volunteer and non-profit agencies and charity checks can even be given so the person can choose the charity of their liking.

A doctor i worked for has everything you can imagine, but he didn't have bad pipes, hah. He loves ALL music, and someone got him this crazy gift last year, and he LOVED it. the only problem was that he constantly played it around the cinic, and he didn't know how yet. But it was fun, and something interesting. Think of something totally unique that they don't have yet, maybe not bag pipes, but something unique that might spark their interst.
My mom also has everything she could ever want. But she can't get enough pajamas. She loves those soft fleecy ones. If you can't think of something they would like that is unique, try getting them something that they can't get enough of.
Good luck.

A gift that you can personalize, you can buy photo paper that will let you apply pictures to just about anything. A t-shirt with a picture of the receivers kids or grandkids on it would please most parents.;
