Wonderful question... I was just thinking about them even though I'm listening to Sarah McLachlan...
There's a tie with Matchbox Twenty... Disease (which makes me want to get up and move) and Push (which I can identify with). I don't want to choose between the two-- I would rather enjoy both.

Unwell - mostly because I love the lines and I love how well the song fits the lines. Plus, the subject of the song describes me perfectly. It is simply amazing how much I can relate, how much this song can describe me.

'All day staring at the ceiling
Making friends with shadows on my wall
All night hearing voices telling me
That I should get some sleep
Because tomorrow might be good for something

Hold on
Feeling like I'm headed for a breakdown
And I dont know why

But I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell
I know right now you can't tell
But stay awhile and maybe then you'll see
A different side of me
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little impaired
I know right now you don't care
But soon enough you're gonna think of me
And how I used to be...me

I'm talking to myself in public
Dodging glances on the train
And I know, I know they've all been talking about me
I can hear them whisper
And it makes me think there must be something wrong with me
Out of all the hours thinking
Somehow I've lost my mind'

Oh so many! I can't decide between Rest stop or the Difference. I just love the words and the music. It's just one of those songs you hear and immediately love. I wish they would come back.

My favorite is Push. The song is actually about emotional abuse, not physical violence. I just like the lyrics and the way it sounds.

I think it's called "Long Day."

It's the first song I ever heard by them, and I like it best because it's from the album they made before they sold out and became "pop artists."

My favorite 3 are:

3 AM
Unwell
Bent

I espicially adore Bent, I love music that I have listened to my whole life. It has sentimental backing, and I hate all this music that all sounds the same...(cough, cough,....rap....hip-hop), and I love all the words and i love artists who write there own music.

I really love them all. They're my favorite band. I like Rob Thomas alone too.
I guess I'd have to go with Unwell
