Hi i have a razor phone and no sim card....will the phone turn on and work with out a sim card?
(Like to take pics and play games..not to call any1)

its not charged so i cant try it...i bought a charger online...5 hrs ago..

Try it. I don't think you can because when you donate a used phone to organizations such as Battered Woman's Defense,
Elderly and Disabled Organization or Disabled Veterans the service company for that area can program it to call 911 only.
If you don't need the phone please donate.

no, you need a sim card...otherwise it will keep saying insert a sim card...try getting one of those used ones.. there are a couple out there...or buy a prepaid one for like 10 bucks..
