because they think TNA is no competition(when it really is) and they even though VKM sucks just as much as WWE and even though VKM is a copy of DX WWE is the suckiest promotion now that it is out of the Attitude Era and TNA is NOT ONLY THE FUTURE but the PRESENT ALSO

Im not here to put down TNA, but simply they are not on the same level as the WWE. They are making a big mistake in trying to compete directly with the WWE and in issuing silly challenges such as this one and the insults they direct at the WWE. TNA needs to concentrate and work with what they have, and not try to be what they are not. Insulting the WWE, making challenges to the WWE, and trying to compete with them is the wrong move.
They have some great talent, they need to come up with original storylines and develop characters that are different than anything seen before.
TNA competing with the WWE is like Kia competing with Toyota. Kia may make a good car-its nothing against them, but they are the new guys and not in the same league as Toyota.

What challenge? A real fight between DX and the VKM TNA guys?
I love wrestling but lets face it. Its an act. Its all part of the show. Thus why would these guys really want to have a actual fight?
That aside the WWE has nothing to gain from answering such a silly challenge. What? A million dollars? Thats chump change to them.

Because its not gonna happen. Both owners will want there people to win, which is impossible (obviously). Also, a match between WWE and TNA wont happen till one is bought out by the other. this most likely to be WWe buying TNA just as TNA goes worldwide and do shows in the UK and Asia. then another Alliance storyline, then the end of another company tricking fans to think there trying to end WWE for wrestling fans, WWE haters, but all they want in the end is a big wad of cash. its all about the money, and WWE has billions more than TNA.

Do you ever think any competing wrestling company would tell two of their best superstars to stop touring and go to Orlando, Florida to wrestle with another competing brand's wrestlers? There is no reason why WWE should even Aknowledge TNA, TNA challenging DX is an attempt to boost ratings and nothing all. Why not have Mick Foley return as Mankind and call out Abyss? (another knock off of WWE). TNA wouldn't allow it, but from what you are saying then Abyss is the p*ssy right?

Same reason that Vince did not accept Bischoff's challenge. However, whichever company goes out of business first will be the one who loses the fight. Unreal, besides Armstrong is in good terms with HHH.

because wwe doesn't wanna draw any attention to tna. the majority of wwe fans have never even watched tna. if vince starts a rivalry with tna, then alot of wwe fans will tune into tna to see what vkm is up to, then they will see the X division and and supirior wrestling and better storylines and wwe will lose a lot of it's fans to tna. thats why wwe still hasn't accepted tna's challenge

Because unlike vkm dx has a life and better things to deal with than to stoop down to vkm's level.Just so you know billy gunn is not happy with the storyline they are doing either just like how shawn michaels was not really down with doing the dx skits. The wwe should continue to ignore TNA and do not give them any publicity.I doubt it if vkm can evven afford the 1,000,000 dallar that they challenge dx for.

they are both fake "sports" you cant have a winner when what the do is "fake" no im not sayin the bumps and injuries and stuff arnt real, i know they are ive watched wrestlin for about 19 years, but anyway back to the point, they are two differnt shows with two differnt owners/presidents/ceos/chairmens, all that good stuff, and neither would want their guys to lose, so even if they did do a match they would have it a draw, or tape two different ones, one for tna were they win and one for wwe were they win, kinda liek godzila vs king kong

at this time..TNA is no competition for WWE...dont get me wrong they´re having great matches with great wrestlers...but if we think about a company that only has 2 or 3 locations for shows compared to a world wide company with a lot of history...TNA is not close
