There is no minimum IQ.
I suspect that the average IQ is a little higher than average -- but I've met some really stupid people with college degrees. I've also met some people with low IQs who are well educated and far from stupid.

You do not need IQ for graduation, college is so easy, just go the classes, take notes, be careful about the classes you registered, do not listen your advisor all the time, ask the people that already registered those classes. Spend time before the exams and do not lose your syllabus.

You could have a 65 and still graduate. It's all about playing the game. I knew valedictorians who flunked out of college and D students who ended up with straight A's in college. College is a different way that high school. It's all about learning how to play the game. Working smart and not working hard.

Your IQ has little to do with college. I guess it would difficult to get into college with less than an avarage IQ--90-110, but there is no IQ score that automatically disqualifies you from going to college.

Not very high. One can graduate college with a 1.0, which is less than average. Its a scary thought.
