my friend suggested the LaCie DVD±RW with LightScribe DVD Burner but it does not burn in color like i wanted i want to put images on my dvds but i dont want them to look cheap does anyone have any ideas or pictures of thier dvds with images on them thaks

Get a cd/dvd printer like the Epson--the cheapest one cost less than $100-- and some inkjet printable blank dvds. The result (full color on the disc, not the grey picture from Lightscribe) look almost as good as commercial dvds.

May I make a suggestion to you do not add labels to your Cd's/DVD's because they will skip and it can ruin your CD/DVD player machine.The labels increase heat in the machine and makes the disc wobble causing skipping and the glue can melt and get into parts of the machine.

My first guess is that the are to small (meaning the number of megapixels) people sometimes compress their pictures too much. If your pictures are not at least more than two megapixel you may have a problem.

if u dont like lightscribe then u need a regular labeling kit ...
