Fullest part of the bust.
Smallest part of the waist.

The first one is around your bust its right under your boobs ya know where your bra goes around to be hooked
the second is the size of your waist
and the third is your hips
you can measure your self with a soft measuring tape in the fabric stores

Well... what it comes out to be in the measurements mentioned is a rather fat person!
first figure is bust, second is waist, third is hips ... and it is used to describe a woman's measurements...

well, those measurements look a little disproportionate.. but the sequence is suppose to be: chest, waist, hips. More like 36-24-36

the first measurement is around the widest part of your breast.
the second is the smallest part of your waist, it's normally about an inch or two above your belly button
and then finally the widest part of your waist.
the tape shouldn't pull or cut into your skin. keep it lose and don't tug and those are your measurements

Go to any bridal shop and tell them that the bridal shop where your sister has her bridesmaid's dresses has requested your measurements. They'll give them to you for free. :)

if ur talking about getting ur breats sized go to VICTORIAS' SECRET and they will size u but u cant be shy about taking ur shirt and bra off in front of other people lol
