There's no doubting it's a stressful exsistence especially when you've been 'up there' and you're now on your way down. But lots of non-famous people in life suffers the illnesses you mention. It's just not reported on the news.

Most people get ill - we just hear about famous people's problems because our media has no respect for privacy.

not all of them because just like in the real world some "normal" people crash and burn too
