Contintment that is true happiness.A person who is never satisfied with theirself or their posessions will never be happy.If you set goals when achieve them be proud of your accomplishment.Don't let other people doing better than you take any of your pride away.Do your best and never compare yourself to other.Just be content with yourself.

happiness is to different people different things, some people in some countries are happy to just get some food, some when they can taste freedom, mostly things Americans take for granted, to me it is a feeling of accomplishment and having my wife and kids with smiles on their faces and their bellies full, especially when my wife is in bed naked.

It's a word you can't measure, so there is no way of knowing exactly what happiness is. Am i answering the question right? lol.
