I knew a man who owned a house moving company. He said that many people GAVE him the house, if he'd just get it off the property. He said he had about twenty houses in some field somewhere.. So either find that field or talk to a house mover.
Good luck!

Cheapest one I've sold was $6,000. It was worth every penny too.

Oompa, I've never sold a house for beer, but in 1980, I sold my first car for a case of beer and at the end of the summer my friend sold it back to me for a case of beer. (not the same case..) It was a great deal - he rebuilt the carburetor and it ran great for another 80,000 miles! The brakes had him scared though - never did work before pumping them about six times.....

Come to my market. There are homes here for $3k, but they need work.

Some of those basic block structures they are building in 3rd world countries cost about $600 a piece --- but not sure if that includes the land.

I can't really comment on whether this property is the cheapest in the world. However, it's on sale by auction and the minimum bid accepted is £0.01 (approx $0.03).
