Im at work and i just got this DELICIOUS dessert that someone made but they left so i didnt have a chance to ask them what was for sure in it. Its like a thin sugar cookie with like whip cream or cream cheese covered in strawberry goo stuff.....

ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE HECK IM TALKING ABOUT??? and what ingredients are actually in it and the recipe?!?

i dont want recipe websites i've tried looking it up, so if you know PLEASE HELP ME!! i want to throw it together for my fiance's family dinner tomorrow night!!!

it was like a flat cake type thing....ok i'll explain the sugar cookie like this...

it was as if itwas a big flat sugar cookie cake...with the cream then strawberry stuff on top... does that help????

I have seen my aunt take strawberry wafers and layer them with whip cream and a starwberry glaze . You dont have to cook it at all. I guess you could sub the glaze with actually strawberry filling and they make those thin sugar wafers that you could use also. Its really good. Hope this helps. Merry Christmas and happy new year.

girrrrll...first of all relax. Then take a thin sugar cookie and put like some sweetened cream cheese on top (or whipped cream). Then you just cover it with some Strawberry goo stuff and there you go.....happy holidays

I do a lot of baking, but I don't know what it is.The sugar cookie part has me confused. Was it in a bar or do you spoon it out. I need more info

Pizzelles....you should be able to look up a recipe for them now that you know the name....

oh, and i'm not entirely sure, but i believe you need something specifically for them that's akin to a waffle maker....
