Adding to what sm said..yes it does only mean 20, and at the end of the phrase when he says "years" is when he is implies he is talking about years. Just replace "four score and seven" with 87 and you get 87 years.

Sorry guys (and gals), but you are all slightly wrong.

A SCORE is a unit of twenty. It does not have to be years. You could have a score of apples or oranges as well.

Even wikipedia believes me:
A group of twenty units is often referred to as a score.
