After a quick search of some web sites about the Isle of Jersey it looks like there are no universities there.

As was ponted out above -- New Jersey has a few (including Princeton).

Rutgers Univ. college of NJ before Trenton State Univ. Rider college Fairleigh Dickinson Univ. Princeton Univ. Kean college Many county faculties Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex, Somerset and so on.... looking on your substantial, this could make sure which college or Uni you may desire to stick to to....in case you placed up your substantial i delivers you some perception..

Ramapo College of New Jersey has a study abroad program to the UK (I know cuz I have friends over there now)...I would assume they have an international students program at the college too if their sending kids over the pond. It'll say on their site.

Also, lots of community colleges have international student programs
