If she has been dead for more than an hour, I bet the babies aren't worth saving. Even so, trying to do a surgical maneuver on a guppie would probably kill the kids anyhow. I doubt that anything will escape alive, but it would make a fun biology lesson!

To the person who said that fish only lay eggs - NO they don't all lay eggs. Guppies are LIVEBEARERS, which means that the babies are born LIVE. Guppies do not lay eggs. That's why if she/he got to the dead female soon enough, this had a SMALL chance of working. Do your research before you answer questions.

tension+low water high quality impression the babies extra beneficial than the mother. in case you haven't any longer performed any of those, attempt doing them for larger fry survival a million.clear out 2.cycle your tank 3.heater 4.larger fish tank 5.extra water adjustments 6.water conditioner whilst doing water adjustments reliable success :D

by now, after 2 minutes, they are already most likely dead. they probably wouldnt survive such surgery anyway.

don't waste your time. when the mother dies, the babies die too. if you try to retrieve them you'll only be disappointed. sorry.
