If she has been dead for more than an hour, I bet the babies aren't worth saving. Even so, trying to do a surgical maneuver on a guppie would probably kill the kids anyhow. I doubt that anything will escape alive, but it would make a fun biology lesson!

To the person who said that fish only lay eggs - NO they don't all lay eggs. Guppies are LIVEBEARERS, which means that the babies are born LIVE. Guppies do not lay eggs. That's why if she/he got to the dead female soon enough, this had a SMALL chance of working. Do your research before you answer questions.

That is not a possibilty if the mom is dead then sadly the babies r dead i`m sorry but fish dont last very lond but shes in heaven!

tension+low water high quality impression the babies extra beneficial than the mother. in case you haven't any longer performed any of those, attempt doing them for larger fry survival a million.clear out 2.cycle your tank 3.heater 4.larger fish tank 5.extra water adjustments 6.water conditioner whilst doing water adjustments reliable success :D

don't waste your time. when the mother dies, the babies die too. if you try to retrieve them you'll only be disappointed. sorry.
