did what he did to destroy those 3 young mens lives?Mr Smith ,a former district attorney, summed it up pretty good when he said "the state is the winner every time if justice has been served whether innocent or guilty". I agree with that and in my opinion Mr Ifong has made not served his office with interigy and is a very black mark on the legal system of this country.I feel sure he is not the 1st district attorney who has done this and got away with it as a result an innocent person is behind bars or maybe the death pentaly.. This is far too serious to be taken lightly and the legal establishment needs this case to be examined carefully or all of us are losers.

Of course he should keep his license. DA.s regularly err, or are over zealous and send innocent people to jail. Nothing ever happens to them. These guys weren't even convicted or spent a day in jail.. So their lives are hardly ruined.

And they still face assault charges. We want aggressive DA's.

I think there should be a review of the actions of the DA and the investigating officers.

Sadly, this young-woman's story is coming unravelled faster than a cheap polyester sweater !! First she screams "Gang-Rape"... now she suggests she MAY have been penetrated by something LIKE a male organ ??

I also HATE the way that RACE ran this case early on...

I think he should lose his job and his license for a period of 5 years and have to pay restitution to the boys. Also a little community service wouldn't hurt this man.
