If you mean "mentally" stretched beyond your limit, I'd have to say heck yeah.
Depending on how long you've been feeling this way, it may be a good idea to go talk to your doctor about an antidepressant or find some natural relaxants such as Valerian to keep around the house. I know how hard it can be to go to the doctor if you're to the breaking point, but it may be necessary.
Take some Valerian, pull out a bible, talk to God, or a friend who'll listen and lift ya up.
And remember you're not alone, many go through the same thing.
Don't forgot to spend some time pampering yourself. If you're too broke to go all out, run a hot tub of water and turn on some relaxing music and focus on something good in your life.

I tie a knot on the end of the rope and hang on!! There is always a way out. Sometimes I have had to ask another person for advice or help which is not easy for me to do. I have had more than my limit several times but I was able to backstroke out of the cesspool with a rose between my teeth. It takes practice. Best of luck to you!!

You probably got that message in error...for some reason however some questions never make it through...either they are yanked or they never make it out of question limbo...click it again if you get that message cause at level 5 you should not have that problem...happy holidays!
