I really think all the advice to just relax and forget about it is nearly impossible to do when you're dealing with infertility. I would recommend that you chart your temperatures to help you see your body's patterns with ovulation. Check out fertilityfriend.com. Use ovulation predictor kits to help you determine when you need to have intercourse. I know that stress isn't helpful when you're trying to conceive but when you're actually experiencing infertility it's a hard thing to do. If you've been trying for that long and your gynecologist can't find anything wrong, then it's probably time to see a reproductive specialist.

It is no longer the cats so much as the litter box. There's a distinct parasite called Toxoplasma gondii that breeds in a cat's intestine and feces, which can be transferred to people when handling the litter box or backyard soil from the place the cat has done its industry. This parasite factors the infection toxoplasmosis, which will also be very dangerous to the fetus. The risk shouldn't be that fine as long as she would not come into direct contact with the cats' droppings, and if she would not definitely reside with you there isn't any purpose to get rid of the cats.

The stress could very well be why you're not getting pregnant. Stop focusing so much on trying to get pregnant and just have fun with your husband! I speak from experience. My husband and I "tried" for over a year and finally I decided I was going to stop focusing on pregnancy and just have fun. That did the trick! If you put too much pressure on yourself, your body responds negatively.

Stop trying. Seriously, it works!
I tried for over a year and the whole time I was Obsessed with getting pregnant, after being so discouraged I finally gave up, I didn't think about it at all, I didn't even write down my period and actually forgot when it was.Needless to say, I got pregnant that very same month! Crazy how things work out.......

that's no longer the cats lots because of the fact the muddle container. there's a undeniable parasite referred to as Toxoplasma gondii that breeds in a cat's gut and feces, which could be transferred to people whilst coping with the muddle container or backyard soil from the place the cat has performed its organisation. This parasite motives the an infection toxoplasmosis, which would be very risky to the fetus. the prospect isn't that great as long as she does not come into direct touch with the cats' droppings, and if she does not easily stay with you there's no reason to do away with the cats.

Stop stressing out about it. The more you stress, the harder it gets. Take time off from actively trying and just enjoy the journey.
Maybe take a romantic vacation together .. go somewhere nice where you can relax. That might do the trick.
