Yes. The armor of God for those what dont know. The helmet is salavation, Breastplate- rightouseness, the sword of the Holy Spirit. I can't remember the rest but im pretty sure thats right.

The Spirit of God is with me .even though much horror has happened to me. God thru his spirit is with me.It is the next world in heaven thats emportant to me.and being in the Spirit in this world. to be in the world but not of it. all the while trying to do Gods will. Peace

No, but I have parts of it on some days. I heard of a guy who would go through the Scripture and basically arm himself every day. It might be a healthy thing to do.
