Can u guess by looking?
where the person is from ? in terms of mannerism/talk/spelling/commen... on things. (e.g: if the person is american or otherwise?)

i'm from south america but i'm pale and my english is better than a lot of people i know. people don't believe that i'm not white or that i can speak spanish. so i guess no.

Sometimes.
If someone's hairstyle, clothing, race, and so forth, is different from what we are used to, we might realize that the person is not American.
I work with people from many different countries, so I have learned a lot about how people from different cultures look and talk.
