You would not be able to tell you were pregnant from last night! Implantation would not have taken place yet, you'd be lucky if the egg would be fertilized that quickly.

first of all: no one has the same symptoms. I've never heard of upper abdomen aches...but I definitely had lower back pain. Last night? Thats a little bit soon to be seeing everything you feel as a pregnancy pain. Also, if you're expecting your period to come between now and the end of the month, then you probably ovulated sometime last week, which means that your egg would'nt be fertile any more. Babyzone.com has a lot of facts that you should look into.

early symptoms of pregnancy are swelling of the face abdomen and legs, increase in appetite, morning/eavening sickness (IE, throwing up or nausea), some women have a little hair loss, no period or late period (some women though still continue their period), swelling and tenderness in the areola region of the breasts, a slight feeling of tightness in the stomach region, weird food cravings.
All these symptoms are due to a chemical change in the body that occurs during pregnancy. The symptoms you described are more common to PMS and are probably nothing to be worried about. But if you feel like this for more than 3-4 days see your Doctor and tell him your symptoms because it could be anything from a simple cold to an infection.

I think it would be extraordinary if you were to feel pregnant this early. Some women claim they know the moment they conceive but I don't think that's very common. Wait to see if your period comes and if it's late take a test. Breast tenderness, nausea, and fatigue are early symptoms of pregnancy...but they also happen during PMS so it can be hard to know for sure unless you take the test.

This is way too soon to tell.
Early pregnancy signs can include some or all of the following:
1.) nausea with or without vomiting
2.) diarrhea or constipation
3.) sore or full feeling breasts
Backache 'usually' comes later on as baby grows.

Your boobs might seem to grow almost overnight. You might faint. If this was just last night you would not have any symptoms today. That's just way too soon. Some pregnancy test might work after 1-2 weeks. Nothing works overnight. Sorry
