I have a weird ache in my upper abdomen, and some lower back pain. Husband and I had unprotected sex last night. Expecting period before month end.

first of all: no one has the same symptoms. I've never heard of upper abdomen aches...but I definitely had lower back pain. Last night? Thats a little bit soon to be seeing everything you feel as a pregnancy pain. I think it would be extraordinary if you were to feel pregnant this early. Some women claim they know the moment they conceive but I don't think that's very common. Wait to see if your period comes and if it's late take a test. Breast tenderness, nausea, and fatigue are early symptoms of pregnancy...but they also happen during PMS so it can be hard to know for sure unless you take the test.

2.) diarrhea or constipation
3.) sore or full feeling breasts
