moving locked pics from my phone with bluetooth?

im trying 2 move my pictures from my old phone 2 my new phone but some pics an vids r locked is there a way 2 unlock them or get round it cause i dont want 2 lose the picsthe lock was on them when i downloaded them?

You have to make sure your security codes are right and still active to unlock.I've had simular problems and called support help at: 1-877-MOTOBLU.
