How far along are you?
Stay hydrated....drink whatever you can hold down...you didn't say what was wrong with you, but I had pneumonia at 6 months and the baby and I are just fine now!
REST REST REST.
This is not a stupid question, you're sick, you're tired and that makes our worries worse...your illness is most likely not hurting your baby.

Your baby is fine, what your experiencing is very normal for a pregnant woman. Have you miscarried before? If so you need to discuss your concerns with your doctor. But most importantly, relax, put your feet up and watch soppy movies, that's what worked for me when I was sick and pregnant!!!
Good Luck and Congradulations

If the doctor knew you were pregnant, the medication should be fine. If you just have cold, flu, or the like, the sickness is actually good for the baby, because you are building up his immune system. If you stress over it this is bad for the baby, however.
If you are too worried please see your doctor, hospital, or health care professional!

If your doctor knows about your pregnancy...then there should be no problem....other than maybe being miserable....But, we all experience that some point in our pregnancies..But, anyway get well soon and good luck.
