In MIchigan with the third highest cigarette tax in the USA, a carton costs at least $44. So since I quit in September I have saved about $528.

So Gov. Granholm (Just got re-elected) has announced there is a strong possibilty of a tax increase. Duh. She's a Democrap. What did she expect?
