nah no need to worry. It could be a lot of different things anything from a change in her diet to a change in her job, so many things can cause the hormone fluxuation that would cause that that it is impossible for us to tell you what exactly caused it without some more back ground info, but the good new is that it is very common very harmless and at some point, something like that happens to everyone.

If this kind of thing happens sometimes with her, that is no a big deal. Sometimes you're 10 days late sometimes not. If it has NEVER happened before, it's possible something could be amiss, but you don't need to worry just yet. Every girl is different. If she is young, and has gotten her period within the past 2 years, it is normal to be irregular. Even if you got some semen on her underwear that seeped through, it will not make her pregnant. You would have needed to get it all the way inside her. Sperm cannot live in the environment even just on the surface of a body. Even if it did enter her by some chance, no sperm would live, they have a very short life-span and don't swim very long at all.

Is it an actual period (red blood, heavy flow) or just light spotting (brown, very light flow)? If it's her actual period, then it's no big deal. Sometimes a woman's cycle just gets weird for a month or two, for no reason or because of stress, illness, change in eating habits, or a whole host of other reasons. If it's just light spotting that lasts only a day or two and never turns red, that could be implantation bleeding, which would mean she's pregnant.
