1 teaspoon is about 5 cc, 3 teaspoons are about 15 cc. If you are giving it to a child, it's much better to use a dosing spoon with the measurements along the side, as other teaspoon measurements can vary a bit.

So...3 will give you a very small bit under 15. Not enough to worry about.

who will fit in a teaspoon. Is this a telephone booth question? Are you trying to fit children in teaspoons? Do a google search for liquid conversion.
