With women and hormones, who knows? But caffeine definitely increases tenderness in your breasts. Maybe you have fibrocystic breasts. As long as your breast are the same size, and you have no hard lumps and no dimpling, you should be ok but the best is always have a clinical breast exam by your doctor. Stop the caffeine and always do you monthly self breast exam.

First of all sweety you are a teenager and your horemones are raging. You have to know this PMS, Premenstal Syndrom. They don't give it a name for no reason at all....... Before your period pains so to speak. Your breast will hurt or be sore for the rest of your womanhood sweety. I am 27 and have children and mine still hurt. Because your breast are not fully developed they will hurt a little more. My advice to you put a warm compress on them if its that painful and take midol or tylonal.

As you get older, you'll begin to notice that your period will change and you will have different symptoms that you didn't have before. You might start having small headaches a few days before your period, or your back my hurt a little or your mood will somewhat change and you'll be more cranky! Just notice these things as you get older and talk to your doctor if you feel uncomfortable with these issues. :)

It's just a hormonal thing. Nothing to worry about, although it's uncomfortable. Cut down on salt intake during this time, and caffeine.
